These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you and TelleScope (“TelleScope”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) governing your access to and use of the TelleScope Community, including tellescope.org, www.tellescope.org, api.tellescope.org, academy.tellescope.org, and related dashboards, APIs, and learning tools (together, the “Services”). By creating an account, browsing, enrolling, posting, applying, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Who we are
TelleScope is a community platform based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We provide tools for talent, businesses, trainers, and learners to create profiles, find work and training, post jobs, request services, and use career and academy features.
TelleScope is a technology platform. Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, we are not your employer, recruiter of record, staffing agency, educational accreditor, or a party to any employment, consulting, or training contract you form with another user.
2. Eligibility and account types
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. By registering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.
The Services support distinct account types. You must choose the type that matches how you use TelleScope:
Talent — individual professionals seeking work, learning, career tools, and related features
Company / business — organisations posting jobs, reviewing applicants, listing services, and using RFQs or the business hub
Trainer — individuals applying to deliver training in the educational community, subject to our approval
If you use the Services on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms. Company accounts may be required to complete verification (including trade-licence and supporting documents) before certain features are available.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for your username, password, and for activity under your account, including activity through Google, Facebook, or Apple sign-in.
Keep your credentials confidential and notify us promptly at support@tellescope.org if you suspect unauthorised access.
We may refuse, suspend, or close an account if we reasonably believe these Terms, our policies, or the law have been violated, or if information is false or incomplete.
You may delete your TelleScope account from dashboard settings. Deletion removes data we control as described in the Privacy Policy. It does not automatically cancel a Stripe subscription or an academy (LearnWorlds) account, and it cannot unsend materials another user has already received.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Services only for lawful, professional purposes. You must not:
Create fake, impersonating, or misleading profiles, jobs, RFQs, or trainer applications
Post discriminatory, defamatory, harassing, fraudulent, or illegal content
Upload documents or personal data you do not have the right to share (including another person’s CV, identity document, or trade licence)
Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract profiles, contact details, or job data except through features we expressly provide
Circumvent paywalls, subscription gates, rate limits, or security controls
Introduce malware, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with the Services
Use talent or company contact details obtained on TelleScope for spam or unrelated marketing
Misrepresent verification, “golden” profile status, certificates, or affiliations
We may remove content, limit visibility, or suspend accounts to protect the community. We are not obliged to monitor all activity, but we may review materials submitted for verification, jobs, applications, and support.
5. Your content and licence
You retain ownership of content you submit (profiles, CVs, job posts, proposals, messages, images, videos, and similar “User Content”). You grant TelleScope a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt (for formatting), and share that User Content as needed to operate the Services — including showing public profiles to other members, delivering applications to hiring companies, and displaying approved trainer or company listings.
You represent that your User Content is accurate, that you have all rights needed to grant this licence, and that it does not infringe others’ rights. Profile visibility settings (public, limited, or private) control how widely talent and trainer profiles are shown, but do not override sharing that is inherent to a feature you use (for example, sending an application to a company).
You can edit or delete much of your User Content in the product. Copies already delivered to other users, cached files, and backups may persist for a limited time as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Talent, jobs, and companies
Marketplace role
TelleScope helps talent and companies find each other. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, placements, or that any company or candidate is suitable, licensed, or solvent. Any employment or contracting relationship is solely between the talent and the company.
Applications
When you apply to a job, the company receives your application, cover letter, and résumé, and may add internal notes. Companies must use applicant data only for recruitment related to that opportunity, in line with applicable privacy and employment laws. TelleScope is not responsible for a company’s hiring decisions or how it stores a résumé after download.
Job posts and verification
Companies are responsible for the accuracy and legality of job posts (including salary, location, and equal-opportunity statements). Company verification by TelleScope staff is a review of submitted documents; it is not a warranty of the company’s standing, products, or behaviour.
External jobs
Some listings are sourced from third-party feeds (including Coresignal) and may link to LinkedIn, Indeed, or other sites. Those jobs, apply links, and employers are not controlled by TelleScope. Their terms and privacy practices apply when you leave our Services. We may use your role, location, skills, and seniority to personalise which external jobs we show; we do not send your CV to that feed provider.
7. RFQs and business hub
Companies may publish requests for quote, service listings, and related messages. Matching scores and notifications are decision-support tools, not a guarantee of fit or award. Proposals, prices, and delivery commitments are between the companies involved. TelleScope is not a party to those commercial contracts and does not escrow funds unless a specific paid escrow product is offered to you in writing.
8. Trainers
Trainer applications are reviewed by TelleScope. Approval, rejection, or later revocation is at our discretion. You must submit accurate qualifications and, where requested, identity documents solely for verification. A public trainer profile does not make you an employee or exclusive contractor of TelleScope.
If you deliver training through the community, you are responsible for the quality, legality, and intellectual property of your materials, and for any separate agreement with learners or TelleScope.
9. Academy, programs, and workshops
Catalog items (training programs, skill programs, and workshops) and enrollments (name, email, phone, country) are used to administer seats and access. Prices, currencies (including AED or USD), and availability may change. Completing a program does not guarantee employment or a specific salary.
Courses hosted on academy.tellescope.org are delivered through our learning platform (LearnWorlds). Additional LMS terms, checkout, and refund rules on that site may apply to academy purchases. Learner progress and certificates may be synced back to TelleScope so you can see them in the dashboard.
10. Career tests, Check CV, and AI tools
Career tests (including guest sessions), career-path questionnaires, Check CV / ATS reviews, and similar tools are informational. They are not professional career counselling, psychological diagnosis, legal advice, or a hiring decision. Results may be imperfect, especially when based on AI models such as those provided by OpenAI.
You are responsible for the text and files you submit to these tools. Do not upload confidential data you are not allowed to share. Guest career-test sessions are stored under a session ID until you claim them by signing in. Free use of some tools may be limited (for example, a limited number of career-test sessions unless you hold an active Talent subscription).
11. Talent subscription, payments, and refunds
Talent plan
Talent accounts may subscribe to a monthly paid plan (currently advertised at USD 10 per month) billed through Stripe. Features may include expanded dashboard access, personalised job opportunities, AI tools, résumé reviews, program discounts, and workshop access, as described at checkout. We may change included features with reasonable notice.
Billing
Payment is processed by Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe, not stored as full PAN data by TelleScope.
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can manage or cancel through the billing portal in the dashboard (Stripe).
If you cancel, access typically continues until the end of the current paid period. Failed payments may result in loss of paid features.
Taxes, currency conversion, and Stripe fees may apply. Prices shown exclude amounts Stripe or your bank may add.
Refunds
Paid digital subscriptions and enrollments are generally non-refundable once the billing period or access has started, except where required by applicable consumer law or where we state otherwise at checkout. Academy purchases follow the refund rules of academy.tellescope.org / LearnWorlds. Company wallet deposits, payouts, and invoices follow the status shown in the product and any written invoice terms. Chargebacks initiated in bad faith may lead to account suspension.
Company billing
Company wallets, tokenised payment methods, transactions, payout requests, and invoices (including banking details you provide) are used only to operate business billing on the platform. You must ensure banking information is accurate. We may freeze a wallet if we reasonably suspect fraud or a legal requirement to do so.
12. TelleScope intellectual property
The Services, including software, design, trademarks, course frameworks we publish, question banks, and documentation, are owned by TelleScope or our licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Services for your internal professional or business purposes in line with these Terms. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or frame the Services except as allowed by law.
13. Third-party services
The Services rely on third parties, including Amazon Web Services, Google, Meta, Apple, Stripe, OpenAI, Coresignal, LearnWorlds, and Microsoft Clarity. Their terms apply to their processing. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or acts of those providers beyond what the law requires of us as a platform operator.
14. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TELLESCOPE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that job matches, AI outputs, verification badges, or career-test results will meet your expectations or produce any particular outcome.
15. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TELLESCOPE AND ITS DIRECTORS, STAFF, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOST GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR FROM INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO TELLESCOPE FOR THE SERVICES IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD 100. These limits do not apply where liability cannot be limited under UAE law, including for fraud or personal injury caused by our negligence where such exclusion is forbidden.
16. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold harmless TelleScope from claims, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising out of your User Content, your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights — including disputes between talent and companies, or between companies on an RFQ.
17. Suspension, changes, and termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services, including paid features. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you materially breach these Terms, create risk for other users, or if we are required to do so by law. You may stop using the Services at any time and delete your account as described above. Sections that by nature should survive (including licences already exercised, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and governing law) will survive termination.
18. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and process personal data, including cookies, AI tools, payments, and international transfers. By using the Services you acknowledge that Policy. Where consent is required for a specific processing activity, we will request it in the product or at the point of collection.
19. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Dubai, UAE, have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of these Terms or the Services, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property or the community. Mandatory consumer protections that apply to you in your country of residence are not overridden where the law does not allow it.
20. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the Services or the law change. The “Last updated” date will change and the new version will be posted on this page. If a change is material, we may also notify you by email or in the product. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services and may delete your account.
21. General
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any plan-specific terms shown at checkout, are the entire agreement between you and TelleScope regarding the Services.
If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a reorganisation or sale of the business.
The English version of these Terms controls if there is a conflict with a translation, except where local law requires otherwise.

Live Training & Workshop Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last Updated: [3 - 9 - 2026]
Version: 1.0
This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the rules governing payments, cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling for live training programs and workshops offered by TelleScope through its platform or through its trainers and training partners.
By registering for a live training program or workshop, the participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy before completing the payment.
1. Scope of This Policy
This Policy applies to:
Live professional training programs.
Live workshops.
Training programs delivered through live sessions.
Programs that include live sessions together with related recordings or learning materials.
This Policy does not automatically apply to recorded courses, digital products, subscriptions, memberships, or other educational products, which may be subject to separate refund and cancellation terms.
2. Cancellation by the Participant
A participant may request cancellation of their registration and a refund subject to the following conditions:
7 Days or More Before the Training
If the participant requests cancellation 7 days or more before the scheduled training date, they are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid, excluding any payment processing fees that have been separately disclosed and are non-refundable.
Between 48 Hours and 7 Days Before the Training
If the participant requests cancellation less than 7 days but at least 48 hours before the scheduled training, TelleScope may offer one of the following options:
Transfer the registration to another available session of the same training.
Issue a training credit that can be used for another eligible TelleScope training.
Provide a partial refund, where applicable based on the nature and costs of the program.
Less Than 48 Hours Before the Training
Refunds are generally not available for cancellation requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled training.
However, TelleScope may, at its discretion, allow the participant to transfer their registration to another available session or receive a training credit, subject to the circumstances and availability of the program.
3. Failure to Attend
If a participant does not attend the training at the scheduled time without submitting a cancellation or rescheduling request in accordance with this Policy, the participant is not automatically entitled to a refund.
Where the training includes session recordings or additional learning materials, these may be made available to the participant according to the terms stated on the relevant training page.
4. Late Arrival
Participants are responsible for attending the training at the scheduled start time.
Late arrival does not automatically entitle the participant to a refund, partial refund, compensation, or an extension of access for the portion of the training missed.
5. Rescheduling by TelleScope
If TelleScope or the assigned trainer needs to change the scheduled date or time of a training, TelleScope will notify registered participants as soon as reasonably possible.
Depending on the circumstances, participants may be offered one or more of the following options:
Attend the rescheduled session.
Transfer their registration to another available session.
Receive a training credit.
Request a refund where applicable.
6. Cancellation by TelleScope
If TelleScope cancels a training program or workshop and does not provide a suitable alternative date, the participant will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid for the cancelled training.
TelleScope is not responsible for indirect or additional costs incurred by the participant as a result of the cancellation, including, without limitation:
Travel expenses.
Hotel bookings.
Transportation costs.
Loss of income.
Other personal or third-party expenses.
This limitation applies to the extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Technical Issues
If a participant experiences a technical issue that prevents them from accessing a live training session, they should contact TelleScope Support as soon as possible while the issue is occurring.
TelleScope will make reasonable efforts to:
Resolve the technical issue.
Provide an alternative access link where available.
Restore access to the session.
Provide a recording of the session, where available.
Provide an alternative session or another reasonable solution where appropriate.
If TelleScope is unable to provide the paid service due to a material technical failure within its responsibility and cannot provide a reasonable alternative, the participant may be eligible for a refund, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the case.
8. Dissatisfaction With the Training
A participant's personal dissatisfaction with the trainer's teaching style, presentation style, learning preferences, or expectations does not automatically constitute grounds for a refund.
The training's subject matter, objectives, duration, delivery format, and key outcomes will be described on the relevant training or workshop page before registration.
If the training delivered differs materially from the description provided at the time of purchase, the participant may contact TelleScope to request a review of the matter.
9. Training Outcomes
TelleScope aims to provide professional training programs in accordance with the descriptions and information published at the time of registration.
However, TelleScope does not guarantee that completing a training program will result in:
Employment.
A promotion.
A specific salary or income.
Obtaining clients.
Passing an external examination or certification.
Achieving a specific professional outcome.
Failure to achieve a personal or professional outcome does not, by itself, create an entitlement to a refund.
10. Trainer Replacement
TelleScope reserves the right to replace a trainer when reasonably necessary, including in cases of illness, emergency, scheduling conflicts, or other operational circumstances.
A trainer replacement does not automatically entitle the participant to a refund if the replacement trainer provides substantially the same training subject matter, objectives, and learning outcomes described at the time of registration.
If a trainer replacement results in a material change to the nature of the program, TelleScope may provide an appropriate solution, which may include:
An alternative trainer.
An alternative training date.
Training credit.
A refund, where applicable.
11. How to Request a Refund
Refund requests must be submitted to:
support@tellescope.org
The request should include:
Full name.
Email address used for registration.
Name of the training or workshop.
Registration date.
Scheduled training date.
Reason for the refund request.
Any supporting information or documentation, where applicable.
TelleScope may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify the registration and payment.
12. Refund Processing
TelleScope will review refund requests within a reasonable period after receiving all information necessary to assess the request.
If a refund is approved, it will normally be processed to the original payment method where technically possible.
The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the participant's account may depend on the participant's bank, card issuer, or payment service provider.
13. Payment Processing Fees
Where a refund is permitted, TelleScope will refund the amount eligible for refund under this Policy.
Payment processing fees charged by third-party payment providers may be non-refundable where they have already been incurred and are not recoverable by TelleScope, subject to applicable law and any terms disclosed to the participant before payment.
14. Exceptional Circumstances
TelleScope may, at its discretion, consider exceptions to this Policy in exceptional circumstances, including:
Serious emergencies.
Significant circumstances outside the participant's reasonable control.
Other circumstances where TelleScope determines that an exception is appropriate.
Granting an exception in one case does not create an obligation to grant the same exception in future cases.
15. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or limit any mandatory consumer rights available to participants under the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates or any other applicable law.
Where any provision of this Policy conflicts with a mandatory legal right, the applicable legal requirement will prevail
16. Changes to This Policy
TelleScope may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes to its services, business practices, payment processes, or applicable legal requirements.
The updated version will be published on the TelleScope website together with its effective date.
Unless otherwise required by law, the Policy applicable at the time of registration will govern that purchase.
